CPC is certified by Visa and MasterCard as a secure plastic card manufacturer and personalisation bureau.

Our facility is rated amongst the most secure in the industry. We ensure that raw materials, work-in-process and finished goods are safeguarded under the strictest security measures.

A strict physical security system is operated on the entire CPC premises, with a 24-hour guard presence and patrol. The factory is windowless; all office windows are double glazed and non-opening. There is a single fenced entrance area with inner and outer sliding gates that are electronically interlocked. Security Guards control the movement of people and vehicles into and out of the port.

Movement of all goods and materials is strictly controlled. All vehicles are searched on exit. Staffs enter the building, using access control system, through 2 double (interlocked) entrance doors.

71 centrally controlled cameras monitor the factory perimeter and CPC is connected through an auto-dialer to the Police Station. Factory and personalisation areas have restricted access via access control system and security only allows single person entry. Entrances are monitored by CCTV and Security Cameras and digital Video Recordings are kept for 4 months.

Vaults have restricted access requiring dual entry, are CCTV monitored and video recorded (systems have anti pass back). The principle of dual control and recorded proof is strictly maintained.

Access control and systems logs of all activities for each access control card reader are retained for future scrutiny.

All work in progress PVC sheets are retained in a secure W.I.P. area with limited, key controlled access and monitored by CCTV cameras.

Finished and unfinished cards, printing films and plates are returned to the vault. All staff members and visitors are required to undergo random search.

By implementing the above standards, we are an accredited card manufacturer and personalisation partner for Visa and MasterCard. We have a secure environment for producing scratch cards and commercial printing. We ensure our information systems, raw materials, work-in-progress; finished goods, deliveries, etc. are safe guarded under strictest security controls.

Below are a few highlights:

• External alarms are connected to Dubai Police central monitoring station. Every alarm generated will be attended by the nearest police patrol car. An average turnaround time is 5 minutes
• 71 CCTV cameras in operation 24/7 with real-time monitoring and a recording retention of 4 months
• Fully automated access controlled doors using proximity cards and every movement is logged in the central computer for reporting and investigations on incidents
• 24/7 security guards at the gate and patrol
• Factory has no windows and no roof access. The main gates are electronically inter-locked and every vehicle is searched on exit. Maximum two vehicles are allowed between the gates at a time
• Security guards control the movement of people and vehicles into and out of the port. Movement of all goods and materials is strictly controlled as per the security policy
• Entry to the high security areas (manufacturing and personalisation) are through mantraps; ensuring strict person by person entry
• Vaults, data centres etc. are dual controlled requiring two authorised personnel to open the doors
• Control rooms and data centres are auto-alarmed on last authorised personnel exit from the room. All critical doors are anti-pass-back enabled
• Adequate records with proper signatures for every activity as per the standard requirements
