Cupola Teleservices (CTS) was established in 1999 and has been a pioneering force in the Middle East Contact Centre /BPO industry. It’s headquartered at the DOZ (Dubai Outsource Zone) with the current operational capacity well over 350 seats.
CTS were recently awarded the ISO / IEC 27001:2005 certification by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance Limited following a through audit and stringent review of core their operations and IT security processes and procedures spanning over a course of 1-week.
"The information Security Management System is applicable to the management of the secure IT infrastructure and environment to support business processes of Cupola Teleservices" remarks, Humaira Majid Chief Operating Officer, CTS.
"This certification is a great testament to our core business values and represents a central commitment of putting the customer first at the heart of our corporate strategy" added Mr.Kazim Awan, CEO CTS.
